After spending 3 years working with an AdTech startup and online publisher in the United States, Steve moved back to South Africa to co-found a leading digital media agency. The agency’s clients included many of SA’s largest brands — FNB, Vodacom, VISA, General Motors, SABMiller and Samsung. The agency was acquired by the Publicis Group after 6 years.
Steve then shifted his focus to startups, acting as an independent growth consultant to startups in the UK and SA. He believes that there are no silver bullets in growth. Instead, authentic growth comes through a predictable, scalable and repeatable experimentation process.
Steve also loves spending his downtime unplugging in the African bush.
