Roger is the head of Product at Founders Factory Africa where he helps their portfolio of African startups to grow teams, design product processes and build great products. Previously he was co-founder and COO of Trixta and before that ran a startup studio, Playlogix, that built over 50 tech products in 5 years.
It's where he learnt the value in validating the business model first and why he co-founded the Lean Iterator that is a validation process to help entrepreneurs know what to focus on and help investors make investment decisions as well as wrote a book called 'Start Here' on how to build a startup.
