Lola Coker Shojobi

Lola is the Director of Talent and Culture, overseeing people management, talent development and culture. She’s responsible for building a high-performing, driven team, as well as developing the culture at Founders Factory Africa and our portfolio businesses. Lola works closely with the founding entrepreneurs and is passionate about connecting the link between purpose and skills, in order to support successful career development.

Prior to joining FFA, Lola founded Resource Africa Group, a career platform that connected Africans at home and in the diaspora with leadership opportunities across the continent. She has worked with some of the continent's most exciting startups and corporates, including Jumia Group, Travel Start, Barclays Absa, and Andela.

Lola graduated from New York University, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and also completed an MSc in Investment Management from Cass Business School London.
